退款政策 Refund Policy

顧客於收取貨品時必須檢查所訂購之貨品是否有不足及/或損毀。

如要申索退款,顧客須:

  • 不收取貨品;
  • 要求我們的代理人/司機將貨品退還本公司
  • 盡快在合理切實可行範圍內,但必須於兩個工作天以內,向我們info@sakeguru.store提交申索。

如在送貨時該貨品沒有被即時退還,本公司有酌情決定權拒絕顧客於收貨後才提出的申索。

退款申索經本公司確認後,退款金額將於起4星期內存入顧客支賬的信用卡戶口或銀行戶口。

如有下列任何情況,絕不接受退款:

  • 送貨日起七日之後,沒有發票或收據;
  • 任何原裝包裝經已損壞;
  • 本公司單方面認為該貨品已被或可能已被打開、調換或被任何方式干擾;
  • 該貨品為已被顧客確認收取的玻璃物品;或
  • 每瓶為港幣$700以上的清酒。

如有任何爭議,本公司(即 福雷貿易有限公司)保留最終決定權。

 

The Customer shall examine the goods immediately upon delivery for any deficiencies and/or damages.

In the event of a claim of refund, the Customer shall:

  • not accept delivery;
  • request our agent/driver to return the goods to the Company; and
  • lodge a claim to our customer services info@sakeguru.store as soon as reasonably practicable but within 2 working days in any event.

If the goods are not returned at the time of delivery, the Company shall have the discretion to refuse the Customer’s claim after delivery.

Once the claim of refund been confirmed by the Company, refund will be credited into Customer's credit card account or bank account within 4 weeks.

No return of goods shall be accepted, if any of the following conditions apply:

  • after 7 days of purchase without invoice or receipt;
  • any of the original packaging has been damaged;
  • in the sole opinion of the Company that the product has been or may have been opened, substituted or in any way tampered;
  • the goods are glasswares and the customer has acknowledged receipt of the goods; or
  • the price of the sake is above HK$700 per bottle.

Should there be any disputes arise, the Company (Fortune Thunder Trading Company Limited) reserves the right of final decision.
