送貨政策 Shipping Policy
凡購物滿港幣$1000 (折扣後價格) 或以上,即可享免費送貨服務(只限單一送貨地點)。惠顧低於港幣$1000,須付送貨服務費港幣$100。
工作天定義為星期一至五,公眾假期除外。
訂單會在落單後於2至3日內安排送貨,請注意在高峯期例如年末或農曆年間,送貨或會需要額外1至2日,敬請見諒。
送貨服務僅限於香港島、九龍及新界的商業及住宅地址。送貨服務不適用於離島、任何管制區域、酒店房間、港口或碼頭。
當八號或以上的熱帶氣旋警告信號懸掛,或黑色暴雨警告信號或政府公布的「超強颱風後的極端情況」生效時,送貨服務時間或會延遲,本公司將會聯絡顧客更改送貨日期。
四樓或以上的送貨地點必須有直達升降機才會提供送貨服務。如有任何升降機故障,本公司或我們的代理人將會更改送貨日期。
如顧客(或其代理人)未能於約定時間內收取已訂購之貨品,本公司將保留權利向該顧客收取額外的送貨費用。
送貨地址如有任何變更,顧客有責任即時通知本公司。
The Company offers FREE delivery (single location only) for purchases over HK$1000 (net price). For orders under HK$1000, a delivery charge of HK$100 shall apply.
Business day means Monday to Friday, other than a public holiday.
Orders are expected to be ship out within 2-3 business days after the order is received. Orders will be delivered within 2 business days after shipment. Delivery during high season such as year end and Chinese New Year etc. may take 1 or 2 more days.
Delivery service is limited to Hong Kong, Kowloon, and New Territories commercial and residential addresses only. Delivery is not available to outlying islands, restricted areas, hotel guest rooms, ports or marinas.
Delivery service will be suspended when a Tropical Cyclone Warning Signal No. 8 or above is hoisted, or Black Rainstorm Warning Signal or “extreme conditions after super typhoons” announced by the Government is/are in force. In this event, the Customers will be contacted to re-schedule delivery time.
Delivery service is only available to addresses of 4th floor or above when lift service is available. In the event of a lift breakdown the Company or its agent will make arrangements to deliver the goods at another time.
The Company reserves the right to charge an additional delivery fee if the Customer (or its agent) is not available to accept delivery at the nominated delivery time.
It is the responsibility of the Customer to notify the Company immediately of any change to their delivery address.
